Buying from CKO brings you the additional reassurance of our in-house technical team. We thoroughly evaluate and test all our products before they go to market. This, together with our technical helpline, allows us to provide a full backup service to our customers who can have the confidence in our long-term support and warranty responsibilities.
Warranty terms and conditions
CKO warrants all goods to be free from defect in material and workmanship in normal use, provided that they have been installed and operated in accordance with the instructions supplied. The start date of all warranties is the date of delivery to the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CKO. The period during which the 12 or 24-month applies is stated above.
CKO make no other warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the goods, their marketability, quality, or fitness for any particular use or purpose. In particular, but without prejudice to the general provisions of the conditions of sale, no responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential loss by reason of any warranty expressed or implied.
