RETURNS PROCEDURE

1. You will need to complete a Returns Card for each item to have a return processed.

2. You can receive a Returns Card in a couple of ways:

  • Call us on 0208 863 8333.
  • Email a request to returns@C-KO.co.uk

3. Once requested, we will email your returns card(s), each with a unique job number, one for each item being returned. We advise you to complete the form with as many details as possible.

4. Print and send the Returns Card, along with your item, using the Returns label we send

5. Return carriage will be paid by customers if:

  • Items are unwanted.
  • Items are returned more than 28 days after original invoice date

Under certain circumstances, and only with prior agreement, CKO International Ltd will arrange collection if:

  • Items are faulty on receipt of order and are returned within 28 days of original invoice date.
  • Orders were damaged in transit.
  • Other circumstances at our discretion.

6. Unwanted Items

At the discretion of the returns officer you may be able to return unwanted items. These must be returned strictly within 28 days of original invoice date. You can return these for a full credit, minus carriage costs, as long as it is in its original packaging and as new. If the return is received 28 days after original invoice date or if the item or package is damaged, an additional handling charge may be applied at our discretion.

7. Product Condition

The product must be returned in the original packaging in an undamaged condition (unless prior arrangements have been made).  If a product is damaged in any way, it is important to inform us in advance so that we can be sure the damage did not occur during transit.  If you do not have the original packaging, other secure packing should be used.  Please refrain from writing on the original product packaging.

8. Credits

We aim to complete all credits within one month of an item being returned to us. Credits will be paid in the same manner as the original purchase method used.

9. Repairs

If the item can be fixed we will let you know the cost of repair before we complete the job. Once completed and payment is received we will send the repaired item back to you. Repaired items have a 3-month warranty as standard for the work carried out on them.
